An EarthLight is a decorative, functional, hand-made work of art billions of years in the making.
It captures the brilliance of mother earth's storied bones and illuminates it with the most fascinating and ancient of human discoveries: fire.
The wicks are made of reusable fiberglass, which means you never have to replace them.
You can use odorless paraffin oil, or infuse it with a scented oil for aromatherapy, or even add citronella to fend of mosquitoes around the deck or patio.
increasing or decreasing the amount of flame is accomplished by simply changing the height of the wick.
The rocks themselves never get hot, thanks to a laboratory-grade thermal insulation process.
Depending on how many wicks an EarthLight has along with its reservoir size, the burn time can be anywhere from five to twenty hours.

We start our process by visiting the quarry, hand selecting each stone based on size, color and character.
Then we begin creating each unique, individualized EarthLight using chisels, and hammers. We carve away layer by layer to get the exact look that will bring out the beauty of each stone.
Sometimes we find fossils that are millions of years old...every stone is a mystery with a storied past.
When a feature is discovered we like to show it off by highlighting it with a high gloss.
We then place a refillable oil reservoir under the stone. Lastly we set a fiberglass wick into to a reservoir, which does not need to be replaced like cotton wicks.
An amazing feature of the EarthLight is that it can withstand an impressive amount of wind and still stay lit for outdoor use.

A great benefit of EarthLights is that they look incredible both indoors and out, giving you versitility for any occasion.
After chipping away many layers of stone, we're occasionally lucky enough to find fossilized imprints made eons ago!
